What makes us different from other softwares?

Our software does what a $4,000.00 to $7,000.00 software package does but, since the technology is a little older, while we develop our new program, why should you pay higher prices. when our next edition comes out you will get the update free if you stay on support. All we require is 50% down and the rest in monthly payments.
Plus, there are no limits on the number of estimates or invoices with your initial purchase. You never have to pay more just because your business is growing.
Why does your software cost less?
Do we HAVE to be on Support?
Not if you don't want to be. We will not shut off your keys simply to force you to pay for support.
If you need help it's better to be on support but we do offer Per Incident fees if you would rather do that.
What kind of help do you offer?
When you send an email to support@activitysoftware.com while you are on support it will automatically go into our Help Desk and you get an email back with the link. You can then click on that link and see if there is an FAQ document you can look at to find an answer.
Can I access the program from the Internet?
Yes, and without having to invest in a "Cloud Computing" program. Some of our customers use LogMeIn FREE (even on an IPad) to get on their systems from anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection. And that covers a lot of territory. Combining Logmein Free with a Wi-Fi connection and it's like you are sitting in front of your server.
Are you the best?
Well, that's up to our customers to decide. However, we have some very dedicated customers that have been with us for 10 or more years. And, some are not on support but they do run their business, successfully, with our software.
